Over the years, we have seen God provide in remarkable ways. In the early phases of the revitalisation, the team has worked carefully through tendering, negotiation, scope review, and cost management, resulting in significant savings against initial projections. Looking ahead, the next major phases will include the main construction works and interior fit-out needed to make Sunbeam safe, accessible, functional, and ready for long-term ministry use.

The projected capital requirement through the end of 2027 is HK$415M. This includes approximately HK$360M for the remaining revitalisation works and approximately HK$55M in mortgage payments. After factoring in our current cash on hand of HK$85M and anticipated pledge fulfilments of HK$50M, our next fundraising goal is HK$280M to carry us towards move-in.

We know this is a significant goal, but we are encouraged by how God has led us throughout this journey. We also remain committed to stewarding every dollar carefully – seeking competitive pricing, exploring gifts-in-kind, inviting partnerships, and making wise decisions without compromising safety, quality, or future ministry needs.
